1、將壓水棒放入隔水膜袋中
2、打開儀器上面小蓋、加入干凈的自來水,*好是純凈水。(儀器可長期不用換水。使用一段時間后,在儀器工作時,提起隔水膜袋觀察水的清澈程度確定是否需要換水)
3、加水時請注意觀察蜂鳴報警聲停止,停止說明水位已加滿請停止加水,過多加水,儀器左側溢水口,會有水溢出。
4、加水過多時側面會有水溢出,這樣不會影響儀器使用,您可在側面放水閥門放出少許即可。
5、等待40-50分鐘顯示屏實際溫度顯示37度,即可將血漿放入隔水膜袋中點擊“開/關”按鈕-------OK。
6、如需要改變設定溫度、時間請參照操作手冊。

原理
冰凍血漿融化箱采用電氣控制原理,新鮮冰凍血漿、普通冰凍血漿及冷沉淀等需要在 37 一 40℃穩定溫度條件下,快速解凍防止蛋白成分析出 ,循環水溶箱可以維持穩定溫度的水 浴條件,快速、批量觧凍,冰凍血液制品,確保觧凍速度和血液質量。
適用范圍
適用于循環水浴箱解凍新鮮冰凍血漿、普通冰凍血漿及冷沉淀操作。
器材與試劑
1、器材:血庫專用融漿機,血漿解凍袋
環境條件 溫度:20-27℃,溫度≤80% 七、操作程序:
1、連接進水管,排水管,接通電源;
2、打開電源開關,按“啟動"鍵,提示“缺水"狀態,擰開水龍頭開始加水,直至進水完成,“預溫"燈亮;
3、設定解凍濕度(一般設定為38℃)及解凍時間(根據解凍血漿數量確定,一般設定在16分鐘以上);
4、待預溫完成后,水箱水位上升到工作狀態;
5、將血漿或冷沉淀從低溫冰箱中取出,去掉包裝盒,套上解凍袋,放入解凍槽中,蓋好解凍箱蓋;
6、解凍完成后,依次將血漿解凍袋取出,將血漿去掉解凍袋后放置室溫下待用;
7、如果解凍后的血漿溫度己經恢復到室溫仍未發出,應該將血漿轉移到4℃儲血冰箱內待用。

1、解凍箱應使用獨立的三芯插座;
2、解凍箱上水時務必連好排水管,防止加水過量后溢水; 3、發現有破損血漿時需立即換水,并進行清洗
4、要避免血袋標簽等物品落入水箱內,以免堵塞水管,致使水循環系統癱瘓;
5、解凍箱長期不用時,應將解凍箱內的水全部排盡。
保養與維護
1、解凍箱應每周做清洗保養一次,清洗內外表面;
2、溫度校正:每年由計量部門對解凍箱進行一次溫度檢測,如發現實測溫度與顯示溫度相差0.5℃以上,應對解凍箱進行校正
